I came into your Coors location this morning, after a message came up on my dashboard that read, "Battery-Saver Mode." After reading up on the message, I realized that it was part of the recall I had received notice of. I want to let you know that your staff was wonderful. The service techs were great. I had my car completely fixed within two hours of dropping it off!

The shuttle driver Joseph was awesome. He was right there to pick me up. This was by far the easiest experience I've ever had with car repairs. Thank you, and please let Joseph and the service techs know how much I appreciate them.

We went into Melloy Dodge to just look. The sales associates gave us time to look without swarming us. After a short time, Tony came over to help us, and really took his time helping us to find just what we were looking for. We left with two 2015 Dodges. I purchased my first Dodge (Neon) with Melloy in 2009, and three year ago bought an Avenger with them. I totaled my Avenger and wanted another Dodge, so I started to look around at the dealerships locally (I moved to Lubbock Texas a year and half ago), but their sales staff, waiting area, and the actual process of dealing with the salesman, make me feel cold inside. I decided at that point I would return to Albuquerque and purchase my next vehicle. I did purchase a Dodge Charger.

The Charger I had chosen had mechanical issues. After talking it over, we decided that they best thing to do was to choose another Charger. The whole experience was easy and fast, and they did the best they could to make me happy. Even with the out-of-state tags and plates, they were able to accommodate. I am happy with Melloy and will return in the future to get that Challenger I have always wanted.

I want to let you know how much I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism shown to me by Perry Coleman in your Service Department. I imagine, a great many folks coming in for service on their vehicles aren't in a positive state of mind, which makes handling their problems a bit of a challenge. Mr. Coleman has the perfect demeanor and attitude to defuse difficult situations.

He is a valuable asset to your organization. It would appear I'm either the luckiest guy in the world to have discovered the GREATEST car sales person in you and now a wonderful and knowledgeable member in your service area, or someone at Melloy Dodge knows how to hire and train a perfect staff.
