This is a diary of an ongoing blog that began on 29 February for repairs on my 2012 Fiat 500. The service department dropped the ball on diagnosis of several warning lights for which I gave that department a one star which did not make Tim or Steve happy. With that lack of service my car broke down the next day while driving to work. Two weeks later, a rental car and several Lyft rides the car appears to be ready! I did move them up a star when Tim gave me a rental but now I have moved them back to one ...
Amazing people and service! Quick oil change lane is truly great! Never feel pressured into upsell. The great techs found a screw in my tire today and saved me from a blowout. Can't thank u all enough!! Usually a wait.. And that's because of the thorough excellent service and totally worth it!!

I bought a car from dodge yesterday and had an absolutely great experience. Ted silvers helped me out and got me into a new car within hours. I never leave reviews but after going to CarMax and no one greeted me or let me know it was an hour wait to see a salesman I left and went to dodge. CarMax lost a sale to Dogde because they gave excellent customer service and Ted came out to greet me right when I was parking. 10/10 recommend, they definitely made a life long customer.
