Being A Safe Driver On Halloween

You might be heading home to take your kids out trick or treating or you might have to head to work on Halloween night. Regardless of why you are on the road, you should pay close attention to where and how you are driving. Don't forget, there will be a lot of little kids running around trick or treating and whether you are going to be on a main road or a side street, you need to practice caution at all times.

  • Keep your headlights on so you can see others on the road and they can see you.
  • Stay the speed limit and if you can, reduce your speed even more on the side streets to be extra careful.
  • Practice routine vehicle maintenance. Your headlights and brakes should always be in optimal condition to make sure that you stay safe as well as keep other people on the roads safe.
